The solution involved a comprehensive overhaul of the delivery booking flow based on identified user pain points. I translated research insights into detailed User Flows and High-Fidelity Prototypes in Figma, ensuring every step—from address entry to payment—was seamless and accessible. Through rigorous UX Testing, I validated that the new design successfully reduced user confusion and improved the overall efficiency of the delivery service experience.
