Trash Care is a digital reporting platform developed to address waste management challenges in Yogyakarta. The project focuses on providing a transparent, real-time system to increase active community participation in environmental cleanliness through accessible and user-friendly technology.

Solution
By utilizing a human-centered approach and intensive usability testing via Maze, I designed an intuitive interface to simplify complex reporting workflows. Based on research findings where users encountered navigation friction on the waste list page, I implemented a Floating Action Button (FAB) as a primary visual cue. This strategic addition successfully provided users with instant direction for reporting, significantly improving the mission success rate within the application.
